Late delivery, missing items, wrong order, cancellations

My order is late

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or restaurant preparation time. If your order is significantly delayed, email us with your order number and we'll look into it.

Items are missing from my order

If items are missing, email us at support@hubb.pk with your order number and a description of the missing items. We'll arrange a refund or redelivery.

I received the wrong order

We're sorry about that. Please email support@hubb.pk with your order number and photos if possible. We'll resolve it promptly.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order from the tracking screen before the restaurant starts preparing it. If the cancel button is no longer available, email us and we'll help.

Billing questions, refund status, promo codes

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery refunds are applied as HUBB credits.

I was charged incorrectly

If you believe there's a billing error, email support@hubb.pk with your order number and the discrepancy details.

My promo code isn't working

Promo codes may have expiry dates, minimum order requirements, or be limited to specific restaurants. Check the terms on the promotion, or email us for help.

How do I reset my password?

Go to the sign-in page and tap 'Forgot password'. We'll send a reset link to your registered email.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@hubb.pk with the subject 'Account Deletion Request' from your registered email. We'll process it within 14 days.

How do I update my email or phone?

Go to Profile > Edit Profile to update your contact information.

Add, edit, or remove saved addresses

How do I add a new address?

Go to Profile > Delivery Addresses > Add New. You can also add an address during checkout.

My address isn't showing correctly

Try adjusting the pin on the map when adding your address. If the issue persists, email us with the correct address details.
